Website design & revamp

Your website should bring you work, not just sit there.

We rebuild brochure sites into lead engines for SMEs in Singapore and Malaysia. Fast, mobile-first, built around the proof you have already earned, and yours to own. Live in four weeks.

Who it is for

You have real customers, real credentials and a real track record. The website does not show any of it. Maybe it was built on a template five years ago, maybe it loads slowly on a phone, maybe the only way to contact you is a WhatsApp button with no context. Meanwhile buyers are checking you out before they ever call.

We fix that. Not by making the site prettier, but by putting your proof at the top, giving a visitor one clear thing to do, and routing every enquiry to you with the answers already filled in.

What you get

Everything in one build, and you own the result.

01

Design & Content

Up to 15 pages Mobile-first

A custom design in your brand, not a theme every other company in your industry is also using. We write the pages from your own material, and produce the imagery: AI-generated photography and hero video are included free, so a small business gets a big-brand look without a shoot budget.

Custom design in your colours and type
Copy shaped from your existing profile and decks
AI-generated images and hero video included
Loads in about two seconds on a phone
02

Enquiries That Reach You

WhatsApp + email Qualified

A visitor who is interested should never have to work out how to reach you. Every page carries one clear action, and the form asks the two or three things you need in order to quote, so what lands in your inbox is a lead you can price rather than a message saying "hi, interested".

One primary action, repeated down the page
Short forms that qualify while they capture
Enquiries routed to WhatsApp and email instantly
Downloadable brochures and price lists wired in
03

A CMS You Will Actually Use

No developer needed

Most SME sites go stale because every change means emailing an agency. We give you a simple admin panel for the things that genuinely change: blog posts, promotions, downloadable PDFs and key content blocks. Logins for your team and a walkthrough at handover.

Blog, promotions and PDF downloads editable in place
Existing content migrated across
Staff logins and a handover session
04

Found, and Kept Running

SEO foundation Care plan optional

Every build ships with the technical groundwork search engines and AI assistants need to read your site properly, plus redirects from your old URLs so the rankings you have already earned follow you across. Hosting, SSL and a global CDN are free for the first year.

Structured data, metadata and share cards
Redirects from every old URL
Hosting, SSL and CDN free for year one
Optional care plan: backups, monitoring, edits, ongoing SEO
The process

Four weeks, start to live.

01

Kickoff

A short call to agree the direction and gather what you have: logos, photos, brochures, current site access.

02

Design

We design the pages and show you a clickable prototype you can open on your phone, before anything is built.

03

Build

Pages, forms, CMS and content, reviewed by you on a staging link. Two rounds of revisions are included.

04

Launch

Live on your domain with redirects in place, a walkthrough for your team, and thirty days of fixes after.

Recent work

Sites built this way.

Every one of these started as a conversation about leads, not about design.

01

AçaiFlow

Kuching, MalaysiaF&B

A wholefood bowl brand with no website. We built the site, the digital menu and a nutrition calculator, then added an AI ordering assistant that answers the questions the counter staff field all day. Live at acaiflow.my. Read the case study.

02

Nanimom

SingaporeEcommerce

An online store for organic baby and toddler meals. We designed and built the storefront with AI woven in, from personalised product discovery to an assistant that helps parents pick the right meals for their child's stage. Live at nanimom.sg.

03

Gafung Petroleum

MalaysiaOil & gas

An established firm with no web presence and inventory managed by spreadsheet. We built the site alongside an AI workflow for inventory and cost management, so the public face and the internal tool arrived together. Live at gafungpetroleum.com.my.

Questions

The things people ask first.

How long does it take?

Four weeks from go-ahead for a typical SME site of up to 15 pages. The only things that move that date are how quickly we get your feedback and when your final content arrives.

How is a project priced?

A one-time build fee, quoted after a short call once we know how many pages are involved and what needs to connect. No monthly platform charge, no per-feature unlock, and no annual theme or plugin licence to renew.

Do I own the site when it is finished?

Yes. On final payment the design, content and source code are yours to keep, change or move elsewhere. Nothing is locked to a platform you have to keep paying for.

Can my team update it without a developer?

Yes. The CMS covers blog posts, promotions, downloadable PDFs and the content blocks that actually change, with logins for your staff and a walkthrough at handover.

Do you work with WordPress?

We build hand-coded sites rather than WordPress themes. They load faster, cannot be broken by a plugin update, and carry no annual licence costs. If you are on WordPress today we migrate your content and set up redirects so your rankings follow.

Do you handle hosting?

Yes, and it is free for the first year including SSL and a global CDN. After that it is a small annual fee, or it is bundled into the care plan if you take one.

We are in Malaysia. Does that work?

Most of our recent website work has been for Malaysian businesses. We run projects over WhatsApp and video calls, invoice in ringgit or Singapore dollars, and the site is served from Cloudflare's Kuala Lumpur and Singapore edges, so it is fast for local visitors.

Next step

Tell us about your site.

Send us your current website and what you wish it did. We will reply within two business days with a straight answer on what we would change and what it would cost. If a revamp is not what you need, we will say so.
